At Actual Synergy, we understand that plans can change – that's why we allow you to activate or cancel orders at any time.

Please provide your order number and the reason for cancellation. The payment confirmation will be fully refunded to you upon your first payment.

After Shipment Once an order has been placed, it can no longer be cancelled. Please contact us if you would like a refund or return within 30 days.

Important Information

• Personalized products are specifically designed for sale and cannot be purchased.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days from the time of confirmation or receipt of the return.
• Any fees are non-refundable once the order has already been placed.
