Not satisfied with your order? We are truly sorry and would love to know what we can do to make it right for you.

You can return your order within 14 days. We will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 5 business days of receiving your return.

Easy Returns in 3 Steps

Step 1: Contact our customer service department Fill out the contact form or send an email to info@actualsynergy.com, stating your order number.

Step 2: Ship your order back Please send the products together with the completed return form to the address stated in our email we will provide to you and on the return form. Don't forget to include the tracking number. As the sender, you bear the full cost of the return shipping.

Step 3: Refund to your bank account Upon receipt of the package, we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account within 5 business days.

⚠️ Please note: Products in the "hygiene items" category are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons. These include: underwear, personal care products, health and wellness products, and medical devices.
