Orders and Delivery

We believe you shouldn't have to pay too much for your favorite products. That's why we work with a third-party logistics provider (3PL). Our products are currently stored in their state-of-the-art logistics center and shipped from there. Thanks to this partnership, we are able to reduce warehousing, shipping, and packaging costs and offer you products at a fair price.

Delivery

Thanks to our 3PL partner, we can work more efficiently and process orders faster. The average delivery time is 5–12 business days.

Carrier Selection

During the checkout process, customers may be presented with one or more local carrier options. However, please note that the final selection of the shipping carrier is made at the sole discretion of Actual Synergy and its logistics partner. The availability of specific carriers is subject to change without prior notice and may be affected by, but not limited to, the following factors: operational capacity, regional availability, contractual obligations, cost-efficiency considerations, and logistical feasibility at the time of order fulfillment. The presentation of a carrier option during checkout shall not constitute a binding commitment to utilize said carrier for the fulfillment of the respective order. Actual Synergy reserves the right to substitute any selected carrier with an equivalent service provider without liability, provided that delivery is completed within the stated timeframe.
